Family Medicine successfully launches new website
The department's new website successfully launched on January 20, 2015 as part of the second phase of the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry's website redevelopment project. The project went off without a hitch after months of development.
The look and feel of the site is consistent with the new Western University site first introduced in 2013. While the homepage url remains the same, many existing internal pages have new urls.
It is important that you make note of these changes, as you may have bookmarked pages and links (either from newsletters, documents and promotional materials) that have changed. Although the links are different, if you or anyone does try to access an old URL, they will be directed to the homepage of the new website.
As a reminder, if you have any favourites or shortcuts on your computer you will need to update these as well.
