eConsult Participants are now live on OTN eConsult. I encourage you to use this easy-to-use service as often as you can to request consultations for your patients.
Logging in
I've logged in and it was simple and straightforward. My username and password were in my Ontario Telemedicine Network (OTN) Welcome email. I logged in at https://econsult.otn.ca.
If you've forgotten your username and password, contact the OTN Help Desk at 1-855-654-0888 (hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 7 am to 7 pm EST).
