The Division of Urology at Western is proud to celebrate the appointment of one of our faculty, Dr. Gerald Brock, as President of the Canadian Urological Association for 2017-18. Dr. Brock has served the association in many capacities throughout his career including CUA Scholarship Foundation Administrative Council Chair and Vice-President of the Office of Education. We congratulate Dr. Brock on this most deserving honor! As one of Dr. Brock’s first official duties as President, he was able to introduce the CUA’s 2017-18 Lifetime Achievement Award winner who also happened to be one of our faculty! Dr. Joseph Chin was this year’s deserving recipient, which is given to an individual who has made outstanding contributions to Canadian Urology. Dr. Chin is a Past-President of the CUA in addition to holding many other leadership positions within the organization during his distinguished career.
