Important Notes:
- Elective rotations must be a minimum of 4 weeks in length (1 block) and align with our current rotation schedule. Exception: Optional electives offered in some rural programs might be different time lengths but must start or end on a date that aligns with our rotation schedule.
- Incomplete requests will not be processed
