Join us as we celebrate Resident Graduation on Friday, June 14
The Department of Family Medicine cordially invites you to a reception in honour of residents graduating between November 1, 2018 and October 31, 2019.
*** This year's celebration will be held at the Western Centre for Public Health and Family Medicine (1465 Richmond St.) and will include hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar. ***
6:00 - 7:00 p.m. – Registration & Reception
7:00 - 8:00 p.m. – Ceremony & Photographs
Graduating residents must register themselves as well as any guests planning to attend.
Deadline to register is June 7.
Registration for the 2019 graduation celebration has closed.
Refunds:
Refunds will be given, less the administrative service fee, up until Thursday, June 6. After the RSVP deadline there will be no refunds, as our numbers will have been confirmed with the catering company.
