At the Urban Health Infection Unit at Paul's Hospital in Vancouver, the patient population includes HIV/AIDS and other patients with infections related to additions issues. There is an opportunity for a one-block elective rotation for residents in an excellent learning environment. In addition, the electives program offers exposure to research activities (St. Paul’s is home to the Pacific Region and National HIV Trials Network and to the BC Center for Excellence in AIDS/HIV).
Scheduling: Can take one resident for one block electives; no residents in July and August.
