In Memoriam - Dr. Al Annen

It is with great sadness that the Department of Family Medicine acknowledges the sudden passing of Dr. Al Annen at University Hospital, London, on Friday, June 14 at the age of 62.

For 34 years, Dr. Annen was a devoted family physician who considered himself to be privileged to share in the lives of his many patients. He was the Medical Director at Mount Hope Centre for Long Term Care, St. Joseph's Health Care, for over 25 years. His experience and wise counsel will be missed by his many friends and colleagues in Family Medicine.

The funeral service will be conducted at the WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Tuesday, June 18th, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. The family asks that in lieu of flowers you consider a donation to the London Food Bank, the Children's Aid Society of London and Middlesex or a charity of your choice.

Our condolences are extended to Al's wife Marguerite, his children, Kate, John and Emily and their families.
