Postgraduate Report
Assessments:
With December holidays approaching, we wanted to take a moment to remind our preceptors and residents to complete their One45 to-do items. If you’ve forgotten your One45 password, click “Need help logging in?” on log-in page and enter your UWO email address. Check your UWO email for password reset instructions. If you cannot remember your UWO email password, follow the following steps to reset your @uwo.ca password:
- Call Western Technology Services (WTS) Helpdesk at 1-519-661- 3800
- Select option 1 for Western Staff/Faculty support
- Select option 2 for Computer Accounts Office
- The WTS Computer Accounts staff will ask for your Western employee number, date of birth, last 4 numbers of your Social Insurance Number (SIN), and/or your home address to verify your identity. This is important because this login gives an individual access to your Human Resources data
- Please have a computer handy, as they will ask you to access the Western Identity Manager webpage and will walk you through the next steps.
If you have not done so, we would recommend forwarding your @uwo email account to one that you regularly use. The instructions for that are available here: https://wts.uwo.ca/office_365/email/email.html

This will be my last newsletter as Postgraduate Director and as such I wanted to take this opportunity to say THANK YOU for all everyone does for our for our residents and our Postgraduate program each year. We have an excellent residency program all thanks to the incredible mentors and preceptors in our Department. Thank you for all you do. It has been my absolute pleasure to be part of the FM PG leadership team for over a decade as the Rural-Regional PD and then as the Postgraduate Director. I will truly miss all of you and our whole Department as I move onto new adventures back home in New Brunswick as the Senior Associate Dean, Dalhousie Medicine New Brunswick with the Faculty of Medicine at Dalhousie University soon. Please stay in touch and drop in for a visit should you ever find yourselves on vacation on the East Coast.
Wishing you much peace and joy this Holiday Season and in the New Year.
