Graduate Program Report
MClSc and PhD students enrolled in full credit courses have successfully completed their first term and are on to the second term of the 2017-18 academic year. Students enrolled in half credit courses that commenced in January are off to a strong start.
Dr. John Campbell successfully defend his thesis titled “The Impact of an EMR on the Management of Adult Patients with Type Two Diabetes by Family Physicians in Rural Newfoundland” on Tuesday, December 5, 2017. Dr. Lisa Graves also completed her Research Project / Major Essay component in the fall term. Drs. Campbell and Graves will graduate in Absentia in February. We look forward to a number of current students completing the program in 2018.
The Graduate Studies Program is very pleased to announce a new award. The Dr. Wm. Victor Johnston Award is open to both domestic and international MClSc and PhD students valued at $4500 each.
