What’s new?
The CPFC has just released a set of objectives for the assessment of competence in intrapartum and perinatal care. They can be found at the following link www.cfpc.ca/IntrapartumPerinatalCare. The PG team will be using these to reflect on our curriculum design and assessment strategies in intrapartum and perinatal care.
CaRMS 2018:
The CaRMS recruitment weekend is rapidly approaching. This is always an exciting time of year, where we have the opportunity to show our enthusiasm and demonstrate to applicants why this is a great residency training program. We can’t do this without your help, so please mark your calendars with these important interview dates:
- CaRMS IMG interviews on January 12, 2018;
- CaRMS CMG interview weekend on January 20 and 21, 2018
Resident Retreat:
The 21st annual Family Medicine Residents of Western Fall Forum Resident Retreat will be taking place from November 17 - 19, 2017 at the Oakwood Inn in Grand Bend. This retreat is always a great opportunity to learn about the business side of family medicine and find out about job opportunities available upon graduation.
