Trillium Primary Health Care Research Day
Abstract submission and registration are now open. Join us on Wednesday, May 31 for Trillium Primary Health Care Research Day at the Sheraton Centre Hotel, Mezzanine Level, Toronto.
When: Wednesday, May 31
Where: Sheraton Toronto Centre Hotel, Mezzanine Level
Abstract Deadline: May 1
Registration Deadline: May 19
In addition to the regular abstracts, we are encouraging any primary health care (PHC) related researchers who have had patients/community members as active members in their research to consider a co-presentation (researcher and patient/community member). Patients/Community members presenting would have free registration for this event (also there are limited funds to assist with travel for patients/community members).
Get your abstracts in early to ensure a spot in this year's event. We look forward to learning about all the exciting PHC related research happening in Ontario.
Please view the event flyer and share as widely as possible with your colleagues, students, clinicians, policy makers and patient/community members.
The day will include a discussion of the use of EMRs for quality improvement with four stakeholder voices (clinician, patient, policy and researcher), a presentation on key messages from the Aging, Community and Health Research Unit for community based primary health care interventions, two skill based workshops, as well as over 40 oral/poster presentations on primary health care research ongoing or recently completed in Ontario.
Visit www.trilliumresearchday.com for more information.
We look forward to a great day of information and networking with people from all disciplines related to primary health care research in Ontario.
Please feel free to contact Leslie Meredith or Sandi Richard-Mohamed if you have any questions.
