We are pleased to announce Dr. Marie-Dominique Beaulieu, professor in the Department of Family and Emergency Medicine at the University of Montreal, as the 2016 Dr. Ian McWhinney Lecture Series speaker. Dr. Beaulieu is a research associate at the Research Centre of the University of Montreal Hospital Centre and scientific co-director of the Montreal Research Centre on Social Inequality and Discrimination (CRÉMIS).
The title of Dr. Beaulieu's lecture will be "The Perils and Promise of Proximity."
Opening remarks and the annual Dr. Ian McWhinney Lecture will begin at 2:30 p.m. and will be followed by a celebratory reception.
