Clinical Skills Day
On Saturday, February 20th, the Western Centre for Public Health and Family Medicine was filled with over 90 medical students, residents, and staff for the Family Medicine Interest Group's (FMIG) Clinical Skills Day.
First and second year students gained an appreciation for the breadth of family medicine by participating in a variety of clinical workshops facilitated by family physicians. Students and staff also attended a keynote speech on the changing scope of Family Medicine by the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) President, Dr. Jennifer Hall.
The FMIG execs would like to thank all staff and students who participated in the event; it was a huge success!
