Provider Value Officer
The Provider Value Officer – Mentorship and Transitions (PVO) is a role that was specifically created to support consultants as they begin their role with EMLondon, as well as when they move through promotions, require leaves, or approach retirement.
The officer will ensures that new consultants are appropriately orientated to the new environment and role prior to commencing shifts; assigns and ensures mentorships teams are in place; assists with seamlessly moving through the promotions process; coordinates returns from medical or personal leaves; as well as provides guidance for end-of-career planning.
