Musculoskeletal Health, Infection and Immunity
Using state-of-the-art methods, we study pathways and mechanisms underlying a range of chronic oral diseases and their connection with other major health conditions. Some of the hot topics we study include the role of the oral microbiome in health and disease, inflammation and diseases of the immune system, pathological wound healing, the role of genetics in oral diseases and craniofacial growth and neurodevelopment.
