Clinical Research at Schulich Dentistry
This standard operating procedure (SOP) describes the process for using Schulich Dentistry’s Clinic patient data for research purposes. These procedures aim to guide and streamline data collection for research purposes, as well as to ensure that researchers will have timely access to the clinical space, instruments and staff support that are needed to conduct their research efficiently.

All application forms must be submitted at least 6 weeks in advance of your data collection and/or project start date.
Please email dentistry.research@schulich.uwo.ca your completed form, full WREM application and your most recent REB approval letter.
