Fees & Deadlines
Application for September 2026 admission will open mid-September 2025 until November 1, 2025 4:30 PM ET.
Application Fee:
A non-refundable application fee of $375 CAD is required, payable only by certified cheque, money order, or bank draft, made out to Western University Schulich Dentistry.
*NEW* Schulich Dentistry Bench Test (formerly known as the PLA Exam):
The non-refundable fee for this mandatory test is $4,500.00 CAD.*
The Bench Test will be held at the beginning of December.
More information and details can be found on our Continuing Dental Education (CDE) website as they become available. Any inquiries regarding the Bench Test should be directed to the CDE office.
* Applicants who completed the 2024 December PLA Course will pay a non-refundable fee of $800.00 CAD if they apply to take the December 2025 test and meet all current application requirements.
