Faculty and Staff Updates
Spring 2023/2024
The past few months have seen quite a few changes with both new faces arriving and familiar faces departing.
Warm Welcomes
Since the Winter edition of the Dentistry Newsletter, we have welcomed a number of faculty and staff to our community:
On Monday, February 12, Tom Fiveash joined the Dentistry IT team on a part-time basis. As of March 1, Cindy Taggart took on a full-time continuing role as Administrative Assistant, Student Services and Samantha Forrest has taken on a similar role on a temporary basis to backfill a medical leave. Both will report to Jasmine Guest and will work closely with students and faculty mentors. As of March 18, Paula Ricciuto took on a full-time sessional role as a Dental Assistant reporting to Mary-Elizabeth Jones.
You will see a number of new faces on the clinic floor as we welcome the following individuals to the adjunct faculty team:

Fond Farewells
Schulich Dentistry congratulates Beverly Goldsmith on her richly deserved retirement. As of March 29th, Bev wrapped up a 36-year career with Dentistry. Bev will be truly missed by all of her staff and faculty colleagues.
We also said goodbye to Dr. Rae Dorion, who retired as of January 1, 2024 as reported in the Winter newsletter.
