Change can happen fast. The leaves and the fall scenery on campus are now reflecting hints of winter, as we approach the holiday break. This is a time we can all look forward to, and I hope you enjoy a well-deserved opportunity to relax, recharge, and spend time with loved ones.
I am extremely proud of our holiday fundraising campaign, which is off to an incredible start with last week’s bake sale bringing in over $1,000 for the Unity Project. Thank you to the social committee for all your hard work and helping Schulich Dentistry be of service. In that regard, I invite you to look out for our new Mission, Vision, and Values posters, which have been mounted in the Director’s Office and main clinic lobby. Others will be posted elsewhere in the coming weeks, as a constant reminder that our Mission, Vision, and Values must pervade everything we do at Schulich Dentistry. Whether you are a student, staff, or faculty, it is this approach that will see us through good and bad times, and that will navigate us to success.
In closing, I look forward to ringing in 2023 with the knowledge that the Schulich Dentistry community is well on its way to being the best!
