Patients may benefit from ‘cool’ research

Drs. Stephen Lownie and David Pelz are studying a safe way to selectively cool a brain hemisphere, which may increase the number of people who can benefit from newer stroke treatments by doubling the treatment window.
CaRMS update

The CaRMS R1 second iteration which occurred on April 12 resulted in a complete match for all Schulich Medicine & Dentistry programs. Students also found success matching to a number of programs at the School and across the country.
ODA President's Cup Hockey Classic supports DOCS program

Schulich Dentistry's hockey team, The Mighty Dents, played a winning game against its University of Toronto rivals this month. The game raised more than $1,500 for the School's Dental Outreach Community Service (DOCS) program.
