In Memoriam – Dr. John M. Murray
It is with great sadness that we share the news of the passing of Dr. John M. Murray, former adjunct clinical professor at Schulich Medicine & Dentistry, Western University.
Dr. Murray taught with the Graduate Orthodontics program at Schulich Dentistry for 40 years, and maintained an orthodontic practice in London, Ontario. He was an admired teacher, mentor and colleague for multiple generations of orthodontic residents.
Upon his retirement, the John & Nancy Murray Scholarship Prize was established by his former students, colleagues and friends in appreciation of his contribution to the program.
A celebration of Dr. Murray’s life is being held on Friday, January 23 from 2:00 – 5:00 p.m. at the London Hunt & Country Club. His obituary can be found here.
