Surgery faculty successful in Fall 2017 Lawson IRF competition
Congratulations to Dr. Andreana Bütter, Associate Professor in the Division of Paediatric Surgery, and Dr. Brent Lanting, Assistant Professor in the Division of Orthopaedic Surgery, on their success in the Fall 2017 Lawson Internal Research Fund Competition.
Dr. Bütter will receive $15,000 toward her project, “Does Fetal Tracheal Occlusion Reverse Pulmonary Hypoplasia and Modify Wnt Signaling Pathway Markers in a Rabbit Model of Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia?”. Dr. Lanting will also receive $15,000 toward his project, “The Assessment of Oxidative and Mechanical Property Degradation of Retrieved Highly Cross-Linked Polyethylene Acetabular Liner Rims”.
