2018 AMOSO Innovation Fund Results Announced
Congratulations to Drs. Michael Chu, David Sanders, Emil Schemitsch, and Alp Sener on their success in the 2018 Academic Medical Organization of Southwestern Ontario (AMOSO) Innovation Fund Competition. All four recipients will receive funding for two years toward their research projects listed below:
- Dr. Michael Chu, Division of Cardiac Surgery, "Patient Specific Mitral Valve Modeling for Surgical Planning and Training"
- Dr. David Sanders and Dr. Emil Schemitsch, Division of Orthopaedic Surgery, "Evaluating the Impact of a Dedicated Geriatric Hip Unit at London Health Sciences Centre"
- Dr. Alp Sener, Division of Urology,"The Effect of Sodium Thiosulfate Organ Preservation in Human Donation after Cardiac Death Renal Transplantation"
