Work Study Students
Effective January 3, 2017, the Department of Physiology and Pharmacology will be implementing a new process for submitting work study hours. Instead of submitting a paper form to the administrative office, all work study students will now be asked to submit their weekly hours via email. The details are as follows:
Each Tuesday (or earlier), please send an e-mail to mgrigg3@uwo.ca indicating how many hours were worked the week prior (Monday to Friday). Please ensure that the work study supervisor is copied on the email.
Reminder -- work hours must be tracked and submitted on a weekly basis to ensure you do not exceed your approved number of hours. Work study hours are paid two weeks in arrears.
