Dr. Afzal Mohammed
Community Paediatrics
Completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Toronto in 1975. He completed his medical degree at the University of the West Indies in 1980 and his residency in Pediatrics at Western University in 1987. He completed a 2-year clinical fellowship in Perinatology/Neonatology at St. Joseph’s Hospital in London Ontario in 1988. He was the Section Head of the Division of Community and General Pediatrics at Western University in 1999 -2013. He presently holds privileges at Children’s Hospital at LHSC and Woodstock General Hospital. He currently has a Community Pediatrics practice in London, Ontario and a Consulting Pediatric Clinic at Woodstock General Hospital.
