Dr. Grimmer joined the Department of Paediatrics at Children's Hospital and the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry as an Assistant Professor at Western University in 2002.
She studied for her B.Sc. at McMaster University. She then completed her MD and paediatric residency training at Queens University. She then entered a fellowship in paediatric nephrology at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto.
Dr. Grimmer is currently the Clerkship Director for Paediatrics. Dr. Grimmer is the London Paediatrics R.D., Core Rotation Director, London for the Paediatic Clerkship.
