Nuclear Medicine Fellowship
Clinical Nuclear Medicine Fellowships
One-year or two-year clinical or research fellowships.
Fellowships offered in the areas of:
- PET/CT
- Nuclear cardiology/hybrid imaging with coronary CT angiography and
- Therapeutic nuclear medicine (including radionuclide treatment of benign and malignant thyroid disease and treatment of neuroendocrine malignancies)
- Clinical fellows are offered a half day per week of protected academic time for research projects
- Fellows will be engaged in reporting studies and work closely with staff, other fellows, and residents
- The fellows attend and present at departmental rounds and are actively involved in resident teaching
Research Nuclear Medicine Fellowships
- 12 month fellowships involving research projects in the areas of general nuclear medicine, PET/CT, Nuclear cardiology/hybrid imaging with coronary CT angiography and therapeutic nuclear medicine (radioiodine therapy and treatment of neuroendocrine malignancies)
- The fellows attend and present at rounds and are actively involved in resident teaching
