Three weeks notice is required for all requests.
*Please Note: Per school policy, Schulich Dentistry sends all letters/documents containing rank information directly to the institution. You may request rank information from the Manager, Dental Education.
*Please do not submit requests for ADEA PASS evaluations here. ADEA sends notifications directly once an account is arranged.
