A Familiar Face at the Helm of RCDSO

Dr. Sandhu's name is well-known at Schulich Dentistry, having provided leadership spanning three decades as Chair of Admissions, Chair of Periodontics, and eventually Vice Dean and Director until 2015. An advocate for underserved populations and accessibility in dentistry, Dr. Sandhu was instrumental in the development of Schulich Dentistry's community outreach program, then known as "DOCS."
A recipient of the 2013 Queen's Diamond Jubilee Medal for his dedication to the School and the local community, Dr. Sandhu shows no signs of slowing down. He continues to serve as an adjunct professor in our clinics and maintains a busy periodontics practice.
Joining Dr. Sandhu in a leadership role with RCDSO is Schulich Dentistry's Associate Director of Research, Dr. Noha Gomaa, who has begun her term as Vice Chair of the organization's Discipline Committee.
