The Centre for Translational Cancer Research welcomes Dr. Phillip Blanchette and Dr. Maria MacDonald to its membership. Pete Ferguson, PhD Adjunct Professor in Oncology, has been awarded a research grant of $79,112 from the Robert L. Fine Cancer Research Foundation for his project entitled "Targeting DNA repair and the LIF-LIFR axis to inhibit growth of pancreatic adenocarcinoma".
