Evaluations and Exams
Each trainee receives feedback every 3-months on their progress with constructive suggestions and advice. They also receive separate feedback regarding their longitudinal clinics. Trainees are also evaluated on their on call performances. Each trainee is expected to complete two “practice” written examinations each year. We also provide a “practice” OSCE examination on a yearly basis through an independent examiner.
