PaLM Merchandise
It’s the moment you’ve been waiting for, the PaLM merchandise order form is here! Have a look, we have lots to choose from this year including sweatpants, baseball-styled cap, hoodies, ¼ zip sweaters, and crewnecks! Prices you see in the flyer include tax, but do not include the additional $6 per line of 22 character embroidery (max 2 lines) on the upper right arm under the Western Crest of the tops if you choose to personalize your items. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, we will be unable to offer the ability to try on the items prior to purchasing; however, on the order form we have included a sizing guide that provides an accurate representation of what to expect. For those who ordered last year, the sizes are very similar. If you’re interested in purchasing this year, please fill out the form and send it to wpa@uwo.ca. Moreover, payment can be made by e-transferring to the same e-mail as previously stated. Please note that a minimum of 6 orders for an item is required to order that particular item. If this quantity is not met, you will be 100% refunded and if you’d like you could put that money towards another item (*this does NOT impact the items that have met the quota*). If you have any other questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out to us! The deadline to order is March 15, 2021. Once ordered, you will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to retrieve your order and when.
