Nellie L. Farthing Memorial Fellowship in Medical Sciences
Congratulations to Saumik Biswas (supervisor: Dr. S. Chakrabarti) from the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine on receiving one of three Nellie Farthing memorial Fellowships awarded in 2019. The Nellie Farthing Fellowship in the Medical Sciences was established in 1960 with money bequeathed by Nellie Farthing to The University of Western Ontario to create a Fellowship for full-time doctoral students in the Medical Sciences to recognize and reward excellence in research.
