Canadian Association of Pathologists Poster Awards
Congratulations to Paul Plantinga and Katherina Baranova who won awards for their posters at the most recent Annual General Meeting of the Canadian Association of Pathologists (CAP) in Niagara Falls, June 22-25, 2019. Paul won the Hugh Curry Award for Best Cytopathology Presentation for his poster “Urine Cytology-Histology Correlation Before and After Implementation of The Paris System for Reporting Urinary Cytology.” Katherina won the Medical Student Award for Best Poster Presentation for her poster “Characterizing the Molecular Basis of Oncocytic Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma Using Cancer Digital Slides Archives and the Cancer Genome Atlas Database.”
