Regional-Ready Laboratory Team Design Retreat
Pathology and Laboratory Medicine held a Regional-Ready Laboratory Team Design Retreat on November 4, 2019 in order to finalize plans for operationalizing regional partnerships. With external pressures on quality and performance, health system restructuring underway, and our own ambition to “push the boundaries of quality improvement and innovation in diagnostics to advance health outcomes,” the level of interaction between hospitals and hospital laboratories in southwestern Ontario is rapidly increasing.
