The current Postdoc mentor for Microbiology and Immunology is Dr. Mansour Haeryfar. Dr. Haeryfar is particularly keen to promote career development of postdocs and willing to share his insights into optimal postdoctoral training while still at Western, academic job searching, and interview strategies and negotiation tips among other undertakings. A “CV clinic” is held from time to time. In addition, one-on-one advice is available for all MNI postdocs, and mock interviews can also be arranged upon request.
