For Presenters:
Abstract Presentation Requirements:
- Please prepare PowerPoint slides for a 7-minute presentation. After your talk, there will be approximately 3 minutes for questions.
- Abstracts are due Friday, March 21, 2025 9:00AM ET and the PowerPoint slides presentation must be emailed no later than Friday, May 23, 2025 10:00AM ET.
- Your slides will be copied to a Windows 10 computer at the facility the day before the meeting. On the day of your presentation, you will be using the computer at the facility to run your slideshow and you will not be allowed to use your own device. Therefore, it is of utmost importance that you respect the upload deadline.
