Schulich’s Educational Technology & Media Services (ETMS) provides responsive, on-call support for audio-visual classroom technology issues. We service classrooms in the Medical Science & Dental Science Buildings, Health Science Addition, Clinical Skills Building, and the Western Centre for Public Health and Family Medicine.

For urgent assistance with technology within our hours of operation, please call ETMS at 519.661.2111 x 83035 or visit us in-person at Medical Sciences Building, Room 143. If your call goes to voice message, please leave your name and phone number along with your message. Your voice message will be instantly routed to our support team.

For non-urgent issues or to pre-arrange onsite support, please submit via our ticketing system. Your UWO credentials will be needed to log in.
