Community Partners
Our Community Partners are an integral part of the Fellowship Program.
For the 2018-19 Fellowship Program, our Community Partners are comprised of organizations within the London-Middlesex community that (at least partially) serve local populations facing mental health inequities. Each Community Partner supports one Fellowship Program team and brings a complex challenge from their organization for their team to work towards solving. Each Community Partner provides a designated Community Coach(es) from their organization that will work alongside Faculty Coaches and Fellow Mentors to mentor and coach their team throughout the program duration.
