Dr. Keith McIntosh is a Gastroenterologist and Associate Professor of Medicine at Western University. He is the Site Chief of Gastroenterology for St. Joseph's Health Care as well as the Medical Director of St. Joseph's Gastrointestinal Motility program. Additionally, he is the Program Director for the Neurogastroenterology and Motility Fellowship Program and the Gastrointestinal Lead, Undergraduate Medical Education at the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry at Western University. He also sits on the Board of Directors of the Ontario Association of Gastroenterology. He completed his MD at the University of Toronto and Internal Medicine Residency and Gastroenterology Fellowship at Western University. Dr. McIntosh completed an advanced fellowship in Neurogastroenterology & Motility at Queen’s University.
His clinical interests include general gastroenterology, esophageal diseases and motility problems. He performs advanced diagnostic testing including esophageal and anorectal manometry as well as ambulatory pH studies. His academic interests are in the area of medical education.
