Policies

The Government of Ontario has established Procurement and Expenses Directives for financial practices at all Broader Public Sector, or BPS, organizations. The rules of these expense directives apply to any person making an expense claim to a BPS organization and Western University’s compliance with this directive is mandatory.

In compliance with these directives, the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry's Travel and Expense Policies provide a framework for reimbursement of reasonable business expenses while ensuring the effective use of public resources, transparency, and accountability.
