Web Update: Phase two content migration concludes
The Phase Two Website Redevelopment project content migration concludes at the end of this month. All participating programs and departments will have completed their websites by October 31.
The Communications Team is grateful for the amount of time and work our Phase Two participants have invested to reach this milestone in the project timeline.
Once the programs and departments have completed their content migration at the end of the month, the Communications Team will begin reviewing and testing all 28 participating websites in preparation for the launch in January 2015. They will be testing links, adding imagery, verifying correct formatting, and ensuring best practices and brand compliance. This review phase will run from November 3 to November 24.
As of November 24, Phase Two members will be responsible for completing the revisions and changes outlined in the review document provided by the Communications Team.
The website launch is currently scheduled for late January 2015.
The Website Redevelopment project will now be managed by the new Digital Communications Coordinator - Brian Blatnicki. Brian joined the team on October 20 and will be expertly managing the project moving forward as Kristin (Tate) Romak moves into the Special Events Office role. Moving forward, all website and website redevelopment questions should be directed to Brian at brian.blatnicki@schulich.uwo.ca.
