In an effort to help all our faculty and staff better adhere to the brand standards, we've created a number of pre-branded templates for use.

Office Signage Template

The office signage template is a fillable PDF which can be used to create new, or updated, office door signage for faculty and staff. All faculty and staff are required to use this template for office signage. When printing, print at "Actual size" in the print options to ensure the document is printed at the correct size.

Email Signature

Email signatures offer an opportunity to strengthen the School’s brand on a daily basis. The Schulich Medicine & Dentistry signature graphic consists of the horizontal Schulich Medicine & Dentistry and Western logos stacked above each other. The signature graphic should be displayed at 180px wide. Contact info should be in 12pt Arial font and follow the formatting example below:

PowerPoint Templates

PowerPoint templates are available in two different screen ratios; 4:3 and 16:9. Within the School, if you are presenting in MSB 148, use the 4:3 ratio template. If you are presenting in DSB 1002, use the 16:9 ratio template. If you are unsure of which template you need, it is always a good idea to contact the technical support team at the location you are presenting to find out.

Research Poster Templates

Many conferences and poster competitions have different size requirements for research posters. If the size offered below does not work for your upcoming poster presentation, please contact the Communications Office. A template can be made in any size dimensions you require.
