We Act leads to engagement
Engagement has been the main theme for the current phase of the We Act initiative. Through the support of the facilitators, Anne Becker and Janet Frood, faculty and staff have been involved in a number of group meetings.
To date, more than three faculty and eight staff sessions have taken place. The focus of the meetings have been on crating the best possible work experience and culture while strengthening our capacity to achieve our department and faculty-wide goals.
Meetings will continue through the month of June. It is expected that facilitators will finalize their reports by the end of July. From there, Department Chairs will be developing their actions plans for review by the School's We Act Team.
