Website redevelopment – website maps underway

The website redevelopment project has successfully completed the "discovery phase." After conducting numerous surveys, stakeholder engagement sessions and group meetings, the Communications Team has gathered enough information to move into the mapping phase.

The Communications Team has created numerous sitemap templates which will be presented at the second series of stakeholder engagement sessions starting this week. Once feedback has been collected from the meetings, the site maps will be revised, as required, and begin user testing.

Training for our Phase One departments, groups and teams is planned to commence in October. The Communications Team is thankful to everyone who has participated in the project thus far, providing feedback and support, and looks forward to moving the website redevelopment into this next stage of the project.
