Website redevelopment update – discovery phase nearly complete

Throughout the month of June, the Marketing and Communications Team hosted several stakeholder engagement sessions with our basic science, education and clinical teams. These sessions were essential in helping us understand the wants and needs of these teams as we plan the new website.

In addition to these stakeholder sessions, we will be meeting with select departments and programs in the coming weeks to gather information about their specific needs for the new website.

Throughout the months of July and August, we will utilize all the research we have conducted via meetings, stakeholder sessions, surveys and web analytics and begin planning the navigation of the Schulich Medicine & Dentistry homepage and some of our Phase One groups.

The Marketing and Communications Team will meet with the stakeholder teams again in August to review the preliminary navigation and website wire frames.
