Career Development Planning Resources for Faculty
Clinical faculty members can expect to be supported by their leaders in achieving a successful career path as well as success in promotion to the career rank of Associate Professor. In order to provide a regular check-in on progress towards these goals, clinical faculty will meet annually with their Chair (or delegate) to review progress towards goals and to set goals for the next academic year. This “Career Development Planning” (CDP) process is one that is meant to help clinical faculty to achieve personal and professional success.
