    • PGME CBME Operations Team to send out introductory meeting materials to programs
    • Submit Program Profile before Introductory meeting
  • Decide if pilot launching EPAs into Elentra
  • Decide if hybrid program applicable

Elentra

  • Submit Elentra form building questionnaire 
  • If pilot launching, submit selection of EPAs
  • Meeting: Contextual variable (CV) translation
    • Submit CV translations

Curriculum Plan

  • Begin basic EPA curriculum and assessment mapping with support of PGME CBME Team

Faculty & Resident Development

  • Meeting: plan faculty development strategy
  • Key Topics for Faculty Development - Ensure that you've covered these key topics to get your faculty ready for CBME. The PGME CBME Operations Team will work with each individual program to assist with preparation of your materials, sharing of resources from others, acting as guest speakers, and finding other guest speakers for your events.
