- Meetings with the PGME CBME Operations Team - We are excited to help you on this journey to implementing CBD. In the year prior to your launch, we will set up various meetings throughout those 12 months. See the schedule here, starting with an introductory meeting in August-September.
Ground Rules
Implementing CBD is a large culture shift. Programs must establish the ground rules for EPAs and ensure both faculty and residents are aware of the general expectations when it comes to EPAs and CC meetings.
Common questions to answer and communicate with both faculty and residents in your program include:
- The expected number of EPAs to request/complete/deem "achieved" per day/week/block
- What is an acceptable approach to requesting EPAs?
- What parts of the form in Elentra that can be completed by a resident?
The PGME CBME Operations Team can provide you with more information about ground rules for EPAs and Competence Committee meetings.
Program Director & CBME Lead Module
The CBD for Program Directors module includes 6 modules that you can complete in any order at any time and is also advisable for program CBME Leads. You do not have to complete all modules. However, for every module you complete you will earn MOC Section 3 credits and a certificate of participation.
