For the first time since 2019, Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry alumni came home for Homecoming.
More than 250 alumni enjoyed the weekend events, and celebrations. This year gave special recognition for class years ending in two or seven, plus reunions years that were delayed by COVID-19. Schulich Dentistry celebrated 50 years of Dentistry at the School with a special reunion of the inaugural Classes of ’70, ’71, and ’72. Schulich Medicine had eight class years returning to campus to celebrate their reunions.
The weekend kicked off with the Dean's Distinguished Lecture on Sept. 23 and packed Saturday with tours of the School, an alumni lunch, the traditional Western Mustangs football game, plus a celebration of the 2022 Schulich Medicine & Dentistry Alumni of Distinction Award recipients. The weekend wrapped with a Golden Alumni Brunch.
